As an industry built around urban mobility, the electric two-wheel vehicle sector has developed a mature and highly advanced supply chain. Yadea leads the field with strong full-vehicle R&D capability and the ability to independently develop and supply core components. As Yadea’s global footprint expanded, synchronizing the deep technical work of engineering with the dynamic pace of marketing became a critical strategic priority.
Starting in 2019, Yadea developed China's first IPD and IPMS workflow framework tailored specifically to the two-wheel vehicle sector. The approach was designed to elevate synergy: use IPD to govern the "build" side, driving vehicle R&D and technical innovation, and use IPMS to govern the "sell" side, concentrating on brand value and commercial results—ensuring structured alignment at every critical milestone.
Yadea recognized a fundamental principle: people solve problems of value, while tools drive efficiency. Putting capable tools in the hands of thoughtful people, and ensuring that human judgment is visible, connected, and carried forward across the organization, is the true essence of digital transformation.
In 2025, with Meegle fully integrated into Yadea's workflows, the vision of "tools that empower, people who decide" shifted from a strategic aspiration to a tangible, measurable capability for enterprise-wide collaboration.

How a Vehicle Is Engineered with Precision

The first step in scaling this synergy was bringing greater predictability and transparency to the vehicle development workflow itself.
In Yadea's R&D system, the roadmap is where everything begins. It is a one-to-three year blueprint that maps out product line strategy, detailing which models are under development and their targeted market launch. With Meegle, R&D teams have transitioned from hunting down tasks to having the right tasks proactively routed to them. Once a vehicle's planned launch date is logged into Meegle, the system automatically calculates upstream milestones and sends timely reminders to the responsible owners.
Once a project is formally initiated, it enters a structured development workflow built around phases, nodes, and tasks. This complete lifecycle, spanning 5 stages and 42 critical milestones from concept to mass production, is presented in a dynamic visual format that keeps every team member aligned in real time.

To meet the agile pace that modern vehicle development demands, Yadea actively refined its standard workflow by streamlining processes and embedding essential design reviews at exactly the right moments. Through Meegle, this is applied with absolute precision. The system automatically triggers the appropriate workflow path based on vehicle type, version, and other key parameters, removing ambiguity from project execution.

The design review workflow has also been revolutionized. Today, reviews take place online through a standardized set of structured criteria. Every piece of feedback is tied to a specific review item, and every design decision becomes a traceable reference point that strengthens future development.
To embed the IPD framework into the team's daily rhythm, Yadea built an "IPD Intelligent Project Assistant" using Meegle's developer platform and AI capabilities. The assistant helps teams intelligently match project members, generates dynamic resource analysis reports, and proactively surfaces high-frequency risk patterns alongside recommended responses. The results have been transformative: Yadea has drastically optimized resource allocation and significantly minimized the hours spent on repetitive coordination tasks, freeing teams to focus entirely on the core technical work that drives the business forward.

Parts and Vehicles That Evolve Together

Completing the production workflow does not automatically mean a vehicle is ready for every market. Regulatory parameters vary across cities and regions, making localized configurations essential—a common challenge across the electric vehicle industry.
Yadea's solution is an online proprietary parts management model built across three dimensions: project, proprietary part, and version. Each project typically connects to dozens of proprietary components, from wheels to instrument panels. For every component, the review deadline and required readiness condition are strictly aligned with the vehicle's key production milestones.
At the start of every project, the team locks in the proprietary parts, tooling specifications, and vehicle version details. Even as specific features evolve and new versions are introduced, the project management focus remains anchored on delivering the right vehicle version on schedule. Every time a change is made, the system automatically updates all related component records, creating a complete and traceable history that serves as a lasting organizational asset.

Building and Selling in the Same Rhythm

Yadea has become the first company in its industry to achieve a seven-star after-sales service certification. Its products reach consumers in over 100 countries, and it has ranked first globally in sales for nine consecutive years, serving more than 100 million users. Behind these impressive metrics is a long-standing commitment to systematic management and the seamless alignment between R&D and marketing across the entire product lifecycle.
Digital tools have accelerated this advantage. Meegle has turned the IPD and IPMS framework from a methodology that lives on paper into a living, seamlessly connected business language.
